ORDERING FOR 15 PEOPLE OR MORE?
Please complete the following request form and a member of our admin team will get back to you ASAP. Note: large catering orders require 48 hours notice or more to process and our offices are closed on Saturday & Sunday.
– Catering orders must be placed by 4pm the day prior to your desired delivery or pickup date.
– Delivery is available for orders being dropped off between 11:00am-2:00pm daily for a $10 fee. Pickup at our Water Street location is available from 9:00am – 8:00pm daily. Need a same day order? Check out our menu on Skip the Dishes!
– Need to reach us? We’re available Monday-Friday 9am-4pm via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or (709)700-1336 ext.5. Our admin office is closed on the weekends.
Cancellation Policy: Changes or cancellations must be received and confirmed by a Catering team member via email or phone. Please email us at email@example.com or call us at (709)700-1336 ext.5. Our office hours are Monday- Friday 9am-4pm. Changes and cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior to your delivery or pickup date & time. Orders canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full. Please note that large orders will require more notice for cancellation.
